Of course you can treat yourself every now and then! But
don’t just live off cheap and nasty chicken. Get your protein from much cheaper
sources - for example pulses!

Totally agree - I don't even remember the last time I ate meat! I mostly don't eat it at home, and I don't even miss it!
ReplyDeleteI think it actually makes you appreciate meat more when you do have it! I eaat it a lot more when I'm at home as I can't QUITE convince the parents to cut it out completely quite yet but at uni I'm pretty much veggie :) it's introduced me to so many different types of food too!
